• Working closely with customer and taking care of the end to end delivery of the program. • Interacting with customer managers on regular basis to understand their goals, needs, and requirements and offered the solution recommendations. • Focus teams on business objective and track the progress to ensure project milestones are on time & budget and with expected outcome. • Led the solution initiatives. • Participate in recruitment process including ascertaining recruitment needs, assessing candidate credentials and interviewing. • Present monthly review/quarterly/yearly progress to Harman Senior Management • Contributing to the proposals for the new business and also identify the new business areas.
